There will also never be a shortage of fun things to do when you live at Versailles. The beach is a 10 minute walk and if you feel like going for a ride you can ride your bike on the boardwalk from the Balboa Pier all the way past the Huntington Beach pier. You are a 5-10 minute drive to South Coast Plaza as well as John Wayne Airport for you next trip out of town. The centrally located Versailles condos are a great choice especially with their lower price point.
