Laguna Altura Real Estate

Laguna Altura in Irvine is one of the newest developments by the Irvine Company. This fully gated enclave located in Laguna Canyon is comprised of four different communities with three different floor plans in each. There are pools, parks, basketball courts and parks for residents in addition to being a fully gated community. Residents will always enjoy award willing schools in the Irvine School District. The elementry school is Alderwood Basic Elementary and University High School.  Below we will highlight some of the differences between the four different communities inside Laguna Altura.

Laguna Altura – Siena

Sienna homes are two and three bedrooms ranging in size from 1618 Sqft to 1788 Sqft. All come with 2 car garages, gourmet kitchens and master suites. Homes in Sienna will range from $800K-$875K and should lease around $3500 per month.

Laguna Altura – San Remo

San Remo homes are 3-4 bedrooms and range in size from 1830 Sqft. to 2061 Sqft. All three floor plans offer 2 car garages, gourmet kitchens and master suites. The largest floor plan does offer a full third bathroom if that is a neccesity. Homes in San Remo will range from $1.1M-$1.2M and should lease for about $6000 per month.

Laguna Altura – Cortona

Cortona homes are 3-5 bedrooms and range in size from 2380 Sqft to 2951 Sqft. the largest of which has a full 4 bathrooms. All three floor plans offer 2 car garages, gourmet kitchens and master suites with large walk in closets. Cortona homes are priced between $1.3M-$1.4M and should lease for around $6000 per month

Laguna Altura – Toscana

Toscana homes are the largest option in Laguna Altura. Homes in here will range from 2806 Sqft to 3123 Sqft and have 3-4 bedrooms. All three floor plans offer 2 car garages, gourmet kitchens, and of course master suites with large walk in closets. Toscana homes are priced between $1.6M and $1.9M and can be leased for around $7000.
