Built in the early 1990’s these condos are spectacular. Many offer views of the back bay and Balboa Island as well as on the other side views of the Newport Beach Country Club.
The homeowners association dues are $425 and cover the pool, spa, outdoor cooking area, picnic area, fitness room and club house. The CC&R’s do have a limit on dog sizes however of 20 lbs so if you have a big pooch this is not a good place for you.
If you are a family and want to do a little research on the schools your children will be attending you are in luck! All the schools have a 9/10 or high rating on greatschools.org. Elementary students (grades K-6) will attend Abraham Lincoln Elementary while students in grades 7-12 will attend Corona Del Mar High School.
