Harbor Ridge Crest

Harbor Ridge Crest was built in 1978 and is made up solely of attached condos. Don’t let that fool you though the condos range from a 2 bedroom 2 bath with 2000 sq ft up to a 4 bedroom 3.5 bath with 3800 sq ft! Many of these condos have nice views of either the ocean or the reservoir. HOA dues are $773 per month and include pools, spas, tennis courts, guard gate, exterior fire and earthquake insurance.

Harbor Ridge Custom Homes

Harbor Ridge Custom Homes were mostly built in the 1980’s and range in size from 4500 sq ft with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths all the way up to 13,000 sq ft with 7 bedrooms and 8.5 baths! Lot sizes will range from 9000-25000 sq ft. Harbor Ridge custom homes are usually priced from $2.5M to $7.9M (listed but not sold). HOA dues are $230 per month and that covers the guard gate and communal areas.

If you have children that are going to be attending schools in the area you are in luck. Abraham Lincoln Elementary handles grades K-6 and is rated a 10/10 on great schools. Corona Del Mar High School handles grades 7-12 and is rated a 9/10 on great schools. Both schools have API scores that put them in the top 10% of schools in the state!
