Looking at the data from March of 2013-March of 2014 the first item of note is that the number of new homes coming to the market is significantly higher then at this time last year. On top of that the number of homes for sale has increased in most of these metrics as well. Also of note the average price of homes has increased very nicely except for Corona Del Mar where there is a smaller sample size. Overall the market looks much more healthy then it did at this time last year. Ideally you want equal numbers of buyers and sellers.
