There are so many things to keep track of, not to mention the fact that you're making the biggest purchase of your life. You have every right to feel a little overwhelmed!

Home Sold in Irvine, CA

David Feldberg has done it again! Escrow has just closed on this 1,800 square foot newly constructed home and has officially been sold. David was able to ensure that the buyers would walk away with the best deal possible: he was able to negotiate $4,000 off the listing price, as well as knocking $6,000 off of the closing costs—and to top it off, a full year of HOA fees will have been paid. This newly constructed home is comprised of 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and offers excellent features such as a gourmet kitchen, stainless steel appliances and a washer/dryer unit. Around the neighborhood, the owners can picnic on the greenbelts that line the homes, attend cooking classes in the outdoor kitchen or have fun in the Sport Court.
