  Hopefully everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving and is ready to finish off November and start December strong!  It was a busy week for the North Tustin housing market, here is a rundown of what happened for the week ending 11/29/15.   Last week 5 new homes for sale were listed in North Tustin.  The lowest priced home listed last week was a single family home in East Tustin at 13411 Yorba St and is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home on a quarter acre lot.   The most expensive homes listed last week was also a SFR in East Tustin however this one is in a much better spot right near Arroyo Elementary School and is a completely updated 2600 square foot 4 bedroom 3 bath home.  Click here to view the listing for 1092 Castlegate Ln in North…

  For the week ending on 11/22/15 here is a brief overview of what happened in the Newport Beach housing market.   To start with 14 new homes for sale were listed in Newport Beach last week.  The average listing price was $1,803,636 and was a 4 bedroom 3 bath with 2600 square feet.  Of those 2 have already accepted offers but both of those were under $800K.  Most of the new listings last week were either in Harbor View, West Newport or Santa Ana Heights areas.   There was really only one price reduction last week and that was for 20231 Bayview Ave and it was from a price of $1,526,000 to $1,426,000.     11 homes accepted offers last week.  The notable areas were Dover Shores, Peninsula Point and Eastbluff with multiple offers…

  For the week ending on 11/23/15 here is all North Tustin real estate activity   Last week in North Tustin 10 new homes came on the market.  With an average price of $1,070,862 and 4 bedrooms prices have certainly not dropped for the holidays.  Of those ten homes 2 have accepted offers and are either only accepting back up offers or have moved to a "pending sale" status.  The fact is a well priced home will sell in any market while poorly priced homes will sit.     Which brings us to our next category price reductions.  Last week there were 6 price reductions the largest being a $75K reduction on 13692 Prospect.  Priced at $799K this home was just reduced to $724K representing almost a 10% price reduction!   Two homes came back on…

Newport Beach Housing Market Update   For the week ending November 15th here are the housing numbers in Newport Beach.   29 new homes were listed for sale in Newport Beach last week with an average price of $2,350,000 and an average size of 2752 square feet.  Currently there are 304 homes for sale in Newport Beach and over the course of last week 25 dropped their price.  The largest price reduction in Newport Beach last week was 69 Cape Andover and was reduced by $300,000 bringing the new price to $3,999,000.   30 homes accepted offers and either moved to pending or back up offer status.     Finally last week there were 15 homes that closed escrow with an average price of $1,995,767.  Newport Heights had two homes sold, 1 home sold on the Balboa Peninsula, 3 homes…

For the week ending on November 14, 2015 here is the real estate activity for North Tustin.

12 homes offered price reductions.  The largest price reduction in North Tustin was 11091 Cherry Hill Dr.  Originally priced at $1,395,000 and on the market for 52 days this Lemon Heights home was reduced to $1,345,000 three weeks ago and then this week reduced to $1,275,000.  

10 homes for sale in North Tustin accepted offers and are now only accepting back up offers or are pending close.  These homes are ranging in price from
