Who are the Best Mortgage Companies & Professionals in Orange County?

When we talk to folks buying a home here in Newport Beach, North Tustin, or pretty much anywhere in Orange County one of the first questions that comes up usually relates to financing.

(No point in home shopping unless you know what you can qualify for if you need financing, right?)

There are literally hundreds of mortgage companies here in the OC, so you’ve got plenty to choose from.

It can be hard to figure out who is the best “fit” for you when looking for home financing: there are different specialties based on your situation (i.e. FHA vs. conventional vs. VA, etc) and you since you will probably spending some real time with the person, they should be a good match in terms of personality for you.
