For the week ending on 11/23/15 here is all North Tustin real estate activity
Last week in North Tustin 10 new homes came on the market. With an average price of $1,070,862 and 4 bedrooms prices have certainly not dropped for the holidays. Of those ten homes 2 have accepted offers and are either only accepting back up offers or have moved to a "pending sale" status. The fact is a well priced home will sell in any market while poorly priced homes will sit.
Which brings us to our next category price reductions. Last week there were 6 price reductions the largest being a $75K reduction on 13692 Prospect. Priced at $799K this home was just reduced to $724K representing almost a 10% price reduction!
Two homes came back on the market after being in escrow. One in the Lemon Heights area of North Tustin while the other was in Panorama Heights.
As for homes that went into escrow in North Tustin last week, well there were 9. The average price was $907,985 and was a 4 bedroom 2.75 bath home.
Finally 4 homes closed escrow last week. Ranging in price from $730,000-$2,275,000 and selling at an average of 97.5% of the list price.
