As you can see in most of the data listed above about homes for sale in Newport Beach, Corona Del Mar, Costa Mesa, and Huntington Beach supply is still on the rise from last year. We are finding most properties to be single or two offers rather then the 5-15 offers on each property last year. Also of note is the average sales price rose anywhere from 4.4% year over year to a whopping 45.6% depending on area.
